The property manager, Renny, is extremely helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions and quick informative answers to questions. The location is excellent, with attractions such as Churchill Square, the Brighton railway station, the beach, and shops within walking distance. Plenty of sockets throughout the property, making it convenient for charging electronic devices. Lovely and quirky cottage with all necessary amenities, including towels, hair dryers, cooking appliances, two bathrooms. Nice little garden to relax in. Plenty of space for a family and the added bonus of off-street parking. Check-in and check-out were easy thanks to Renny's friendly and helpful assistance. Milk and flowers provided as a thoughtful touch. Various TV channels available. Nearby general store for convenience.

The cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for my family, and we especially enjoyed the lovely little garden where we could relax. We had a fantastic stay at the Delightful Bird Sisters Cottage with Free Parking. The property manager, Renny, was incredibly helpful and responsive. He provided clear instructions for check-in and promptly addressed any concerns or questions we had. The location was perfect, with Churchill Square, the train station, the beach, and shops all within walking distance. The cottage was well-equipped with plenty of sockets for charging devices. The little touches, like fresh milk and flowers, added a nice touch. we highly recommend this property for a great stay.
The only drawback we experienced was that the plates in the kitchen were dirty upon arrival. However, we reported this to the property manager who handled the situation promptly.

Guests appreciated being close to the train station and central Brighton, as well as the convenience of off, street parking. the host was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check, in and check, out process. the property itself was well, maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere. Guests especially enjoyed the enclosed garden patio, perfect for relaxing amidst the scent of honeysuckle.
While the cottage had two bedrooms, the loft space in the second bedroom had a low ceiling height, making it suitable only for sleeping or for young children.
